Italian greyhound hair loss on back (With pics)?

I have a 5 year old Italian greyhound female. She is a really sweet dog but she been losing hair on her back. I have been to 4 different vets about her hair-loss. They have had test after test but nothing shows up. I have had her to a doggie allergist but still nothing has worked. I have tried about 8 different dog foods (all natural) I even went with the raw diet. She is currently on Eagle pack holistic select duck meal and oatmeal formula. Does any body know what’s going on…? I love her so much and just want her hair back…
