Hair loss at 17 White bulb at the end of hair?

Hair loss at 17 White bulb at the end of hair?
Ive been through some stress past month or so. I also almost never eat breakfast. I notice my halling fair falls with a white bulb at the end of it. What does that mean? Will it grow back? 10 points for best answers !
